Members of the MLexT group will teach a range of courses at the International Summer School on Typology and Lexicon (TyLex), which is about to start in Russia. The school will take place at the Voronovo Campus of HSE, surrounded by forest and located 40 km from Moscow, from 2-7 September 2017. The School will focus on different approaches to the notion of the word with a special emphasis on meaning. Topics of the School will cover a broad range of subjects relevant to the study of lexical semantics and lexical typology.
Ekaterina Rakhilina will teach the courses “Lexical typology: frame approach” and “Introduction to lexical typology” (together with Maria Koptjevskaja-Tamm); Alexey Kozlov will teach “Typology of dimensions”.
In addition to the main program, there will also be a Young Linguists’ International Conference with poster presentations
